Effective date: November 1, 2026 · App: HYPERCONTROL for Android (space.microworld.hypercontrol) · Developer: MICROWORLD · Contact: holographx@microworld.space
HYPERCONTROL turns your Android phone into a Bluetooth keyboard, trackpad, gamepad and MIDI controller. This policy explains what the app accesses, why, and what leaves your phone.
HYPERCONTROL uses the Nearby devices (Bluetooth) permission to advertise itself as a keyboard, mouse, gamepad or MIDI device and to connect to hosts you choose. It does not use Bluetooth to find your location.
If you turn on Wi-Fi Web Remote in Settings, the app runs a small web server on your local network so a browser on another device can send controls. It is off by default, requires an access token that changes each time it starts, and is not reachable from the internet through us.
The Voice tab uses your phone's built-in speech recognition service (for example, Google's). Your speech is processed by that service under its own privacy policy. HYPERCONTROL receives only the resulting text, which it sends to your connected device and does not store.
LOCAL mode lets you control another app on the same phone in split screen. Only if you agree to the in-app disclosure and turn it on in Android settings, HYPERCONTROL's Accessibility service accesses which app and window is on screen and the position of the other app's window, connects to the text field you are typing into, and performs the taps, long-presses and scrolls you make on the HYPERCONTROL trackpad. It does this only while LOCAL mode is running and HYPERCONTROL is visible. It does not read or record screen content, and nothing obtained through the Accessibility service is stored, transmitted or shared with anyone, including advertisers. You can turn it off at any time in Settings → Accessibility → HYPERCONTROL Local Control.
HYPERCONTROL is free to try. To time the trial, the app keeps the date you first opened it and how much of the current session is left, only on your phone; this is not backed up or sent to us. The one-time full-version purchase is processed entirely by Google Play under Google's privacy policy. HYPERCONTROL never sees your payment details; it receives only the purchase status from Google Play (whether the full version is owned, pending or not purchased) and keeps that status on your phone so the app works offline.
HYPERCONTROL does not show ads and does not include any advertising or analytics SDK.
HYPERCONTROL is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data with third parties.
Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored on your phone. You can also clear its data in Android Settings → Apps → HYPERCONTROL → Storage. Because we don't hold your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete.
We will update the effective date above when this policy changes, and show a notice in the app for material changes.
