Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and MICROWORLD ("MICROWORLD", "we", "us"), 2103 Renaissance Blvd #108, Miramar, FL 33025, for use of MICROWORLD.SPACE and its apps. By creating an account or using the apps you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

Your account

You sign in with Google, Microsoft, GitHub or email. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; do not share or resell access.

Minutes

• FREE for FIVE: each account gets five free minutes of app time per day. Free time resets at midnight UTC and does not carry over.
• Purchased minutes: prepaid packs (100 minutes for $5, 400 minutes for $10, 1,000 minutes for $20, in US dollars). Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases.
• Free time is used first, then purchased minutes. Purchased minutes do not expire while your account and the service remain open. If we ever close the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can use your remaining minutes; unused minutes are not refunded.
• Minutes count while you are signed in and an app is open and visible on your screen, whether or not it is playing. Switching away from the app or turning off the screen pauses counting. Using apps on several devices at the same time counts each moment once. A session may count up to about 30 seconds after you stop, so brief network interruptions do not cut you off.
• No subscription and no automatic top-up. Minutes have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and are a license to use the apps, not stored money.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. By paying you also agree to Square's terms. Purchased minutes are added once Square confirms the payment. All purchases are final and purchased minutes are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law. A refund or chargeback removes the minutes from that purchase.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass sign-in, minute counting or payments, or access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not copy, extract, resell or redistribute the apps or their code.
• Do not use the apps, including streaming features, for unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful content.
• Do not overload, probe or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are involved in fraud or chargeback abuse.

Your content

You own what you make with the apps. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you load, play or stream, including samples, recordings, video and game files.

Our apps

The apps, designs and code belong to MICROWORLD or its licensors. We may change, add or remove apps and features. We will try to give notice of significant changes.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time. Unused purchased minutes are forfeited when an account is deleted, and we will warn you before deleting it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Contact: INFO@MICROWORLD.SPACE.
